Hey everybody. I started listening to O&A in 2001 when I was a EMT my partner put on WNEW during my Afternoon shift & I was hooked since then. Listened and called in sometimes for about a year or so then the whole sex for same shit happened. I didn’t get XM when they went to satellite but my cousin did and he would play me the episodes on some device he had that he could store episodes for years I listened to them like that. Then they went to 9.23 fm and Sirius. I started listening live and calling the show to speak with the baa baa boyzzzz. I got a office job and couldn’t keep up with the show anymore. I would sometimes check in on paltalk but I never had time to listen anymore. Heard about Anthony getting fired, My cousin shared with me his LFTC user name & password. I tried to listen to his show but it just wasn’t the same. That also went for the Opie & Jim Show A.K.A The Grim Show 😒 it just wasn’t the same the boyzzzz not being together. Fast forward till now. Hearing the show for 4 months everyday man we really lived through radio history. Fucking shame how it all went to shit. I’m super grateful that I have 20 years of shows from them. But it’s a fucking shame that we will never get to experience that again. They say appreciate what you have before it’s gone. I wish I would have known that then. I know this post is so fucking gay but I just needed to vent this because no one in the world I live in knew about them. My close friends know because I’ve told them the stories and showed them Episodes. Anyways feel free to troll my O&A love letter 🤣
