Bianca Belair. Apparently he said she was getting an opportunity too early in her career during a pre show, and on commentary during the match they mentioned he was currently getting murdered on twitter over it.

Also, if he only appeared on the saturday preshows it's a definite demotion.

It 100% is. In the clip you can see he starts saying something neutral about her and then he pauses and stutters super awkwardly because someone starts telling him what to say on his headset and it trips him up because he's a shitty broadcaster.

You can tell he's being told what to say. He's not very good at listening to the producers and talking at the same time. He stops talking, and starts stammering until they finish, then he resumes talking again.
