I’m looking forward to it: Dicky Moltisanti, Uncle Jun, Phil Leotardo, Johnny Soprano, Feech LaManna, Bobby Baccalieri sr, Carmine, Young Paulie Walnuts, Hesh. The original boss that was in prison. Should be interesting.
I kind of hope they don't go too far with the "Remember this story from the show?" stuff. There is a lot more story to tell than just that kind of stuff. I am hoping we see more of Ercole Dimeo, since the family was still always technically the Dimeo crime family. He was only mentioned briefly here and there, so it would be cool to see his story unfold.
Depending on the kind of story he wants to tell, I'd like to see what the old crew was like. There is this romantic notion behind the old timers with their traditions and supposed honor. But, really, when you look into the history there was no honor behind it. So it would be interesting to see David Chase expose that myth and see these guys as the pieces of shit they really were.
I was really against this but I've kind of come around. I don't think David Chase would go back to the well if he didn't have something good planned. If it is written as strongly as the show was, then this could come out really good.
When Frank Vincent was on the show the day after the finale, he said the only thing that could get made would be a prequel. This has been planned along time

At least it's not an all female or all black cast. That's the nicest thing I can say about it.

He'll get crucified for it too. "There isn't a single gender-fluid queer character in the film! Boycott!"

I’d like to see a young tony experimenting with being gay. His dad can walk in on a young tony getting buttfucked. The movie would be a hit.

Gandolfini's fat tongued son is playing the young Tony. What a disaster this is going to be.

Yeah no middle ground, he either kills it it’s a disaster. Either way I’ll still check it out.

Tony was 8 during the Newark riots. Nice continuity, stupids.

This show is perfect. No need for a movie. I do love Jon Bernthal in everything he's in minus the Punisher though.

Watch as Frank castle grunts throughout the whole season and the most elaborate plan to frame him for murdering a group of women.

I agree, nobody asked for this shit. True fans of the show don't need a fucking prequel 12 years after the show has ended, just let it remain perfect.

Me too, i think we might be in the minority here. I hope they do the scene when young tony, apprille and Sil knock over Feech’s card game.

Frankly, I’m shocked and disgusted Leslie Jones was passed over for the part of young Tony Soprano.
