Have you seen the amount of weirdo's they have working in those places these days aside from the average sheboon, juanita, or white trash Bertha/Betty Sue/Young Jolene with a drug habit and some fatherless fuck trophy?
Just last year my mother was in a nursing home and one of the people they had working on staff around the rooms (especially hers) was a nerdy manlet with a fucking textbook soy cretin face and the faggy voice to match. I watched that fucker like a homeland security hawk, because those are types of fucked in the head clownworld magicians that will do this sort of thing in an instant.
