Nick plays the angry old man in a funny way, AntH is just that old uncle who makes things uncomfortable, and also molests young family members.
Boomer vision.. Im starting to hate Nick Dip. He is good at what he does and should absolutely be in broadcasting but his solo shit is a boomer vacuum. Just like Cumia. Nobody wants to sit and listen to a dumb wop complain about societal woes. Wishing everything would go back to being like "Goodfellas." If he had a black liberal co-host and they went at each other everyday I'd probably really like it. This show is like sitting at the breakfast table with your grandpa while he complains about the newspaper.
Whatever I just like that he has the cajones to say he's going to kick judd apatow in the balls if he sees him for shitting on Louis, while every other stand up comedian is being a fag about all of this.
I agree with everything Nick said and I didn't even have to watch the full clip to soak it all in. A minute into it and I already knew what was said. That is what annoys me about Cumia and Nick Dip. They are not challenged and that is abysmal to listen to. That is what made the Nick and Patrice clips awesome to listen to. Even Nick and Artie had friction. Because Nick is sharp and vicious. That's why I liked him. But now he is just reading crime stats and aggressively pulling his glasses off to make a point like a preachy grandpa.
It does show you who the fucking good people are though. Whatever you wanna say about Nicky he's a good egg about this. He's the total opposite of Louie too and still supports him -- as if that episode of Louie where they get into a bust up over politics really took much acting. Good fa him!
