Ant talks about doing basic manual labor for 2 years like Gulag inmates talk about 20 years coal mining in Siberia.

The man had a mental breakdown from and was haunted for decades by the memories of doing roofing on beautiful New York summer days. How fucking feminine can you be?

those 2 years really did a number on his skin, that's for sure

How do you starve a Cumia? Hide his paycheck in his work boots.
1 LannisterLoyalist 2018-12-23
What do you say when you see your Chinese guitar floating in the middle of the night?
Drop it, Cumia.
1 OutlawMemer 2018-12-23
What does a Cumia get for Christmas?
His brother's car.

Anthony acts like the high school curriculum prevented him from being an astrophysicist. Then why couldn't he learn to be an electrician or a plumber instead of rolling around in fiberglass?
1 itsnotpiss 2018-12-23
Anthony has only ever done things he had natural aptitude for or it had a low bar for competence.
1 TexasMan8888 2018-12-23
He was never above average intelligence. He was just the least stupid out of the three. I think he watched too many episodes of Modern Marvels and all those random little facts he spouted was just him parroting what the tv box told the drunken Xanax man right before he blacked out.
1 itsnotpiss 2018-12-23
Norton thought Ant must be smart to voluntarily watch documentaries. In Jim's mind the History Channel is where intelligentsia conduct serious historical debate, rather than it being for deluded armchair Nazis fantasizing about the Wehrmacht.

Careful, the Chapo and MDE fags that have moved here are going to be commenting soon.
1 deep_legal_shit 2018-12-23
There were literally hundreds of MDE crossposters here before it got closed. Chapo's only came here because Nick Mullen talked about how much he loved this sub on his gay podcast.
1 lowend73 2018-12-23
They stink, and I dont like them. You're aces in my book!
1 wicked_crayfish 2018-12-23
Mde stinks.
1 deep_legal_shit 2018-12-23
In his book he claimed he knew a lot about "physics, chemistry, astronomy" but that he failed in H.S. because if it "didn't interest him" he would stop paying attention
1 rahtin 2018-12-23
He would always go to bars for trivia night. He's someone who knows a little bit about everything.

To be absolutely fair, Anthony probably could have done well in school if his home life weren’t so chaotic and abusive.
I hate to give him a pass but no one is born a piece of shit like Anthony. His father ruined his life.
1 nomadiqqq 2018-12-23
Everyone had chaos in their childhood, faggot.
1 Trenchunit 2018-12-23
This is false. I had a great childhood. With loving parents and lots of money.
Stop projecting.
1 nomadiqqq 2018-12-23
Gonna be really shitty for you then when real life happens.
1 Psych555 2018-12-23
So who raped you, mommy or daddy? Or was it your older brother?
1 nomadiqqq 2018-12-23
All 3 all the time.
1 Themenwithnoname 2018-12-23
What about Joe than?
1 ScarletNumbered 2018-12-23
As a teacher, I strongly disagree.
1 lowend73 2018-12-23
Not a teacher, but I agree with you.
1 lowend73 2018-12-23
He could have passed Gym class. Roe banging the New York Jets offensive line has nothing to do with that.
1 theZenImpulse 2018-12-23
It’s the opposite. We are all born pieces of shit, good parents help us grow out of it.
1 JohnTheGreat78 2018-12-23
A large chunk of the human population have upbringings far worse than his and do just fine.

Electricians roll around in fiberglass too.
1 Psych555 2018-12-23
For way more money.
1 Jungies 2018-12-23
He got fired multiple times, too.
1 TexasMan8888 2018-12-23
When he described HVAC work it sounded like someone who doesn’t understand how tools or installing things works. He would describe cutting himself repeatedly with his tin snips and falling through roofs. What a buffoon. How about taking some pride in learning and doing the job and maybe you wouldn’t have been so miserable. Imagine having a Cumia for an employee. No good shifty Tunisians.
1 ArvelAzamat 2018-12-23
dipping out for drinks in company vehicles. what a hard worker.
1 Hxcgrapes 2018-12-23
Clocking in then going jet-skiing on the company dime
1 lowend73 2018-12-23
I'm thinking Anthony does not have a good work ethic. Pretty sure showing up hungover/stoned/yakked out of his mind didn't help. He could have joined the Military. In the 80s, they really didn't give a shit about ASVAB scores, etc.
1 boringoneliner 2018-12-23
'did i have a knife in Siberia'
1 ThatsSoOverrated 2018-12-23
It's definitely miserable work. But it's safe to say that he'd complain about any real job. That's what his people do.
The only real requirement he had on O&A was coming in in the morning, and when he did (barely) make it I he was hungover and surly. I'm sure in his mind it was all so unfair!
1 jsnoots 2018-12-23
Ant was only ever going to be "just a worker".
Plenty of guys do years in the attic but eventually they are the boss or start their own company and don't have to be the attic guy anymore. Ant belonged in the attic.
Attic nigger.
1 Kalikhead 2018-12-23
Ant never finished high school because of gym class. Who is stupid enough to fail gym? And fail gym class summer school? At least Jimmy eventually got his GED only to fail in community college.
Opie though. He went to SUNY Geneseo - one of the top state schools and graduates with a college degree.
BTW - Sam has a college degree too but Syracuse for undergrad is a major joke.
1 deep_legal_shit 2018-12-23
Everyone from a middle class background should do "a year" (8 months max) of manual labor or wage/retail work so they can forever dismiss the faggots who claim some holy aura because they live that their whole lif

Roofing is tough in the summer. I had some roofers over. Two little Mexicans. I had water coming through the roof. Buckets. I go up there and these two litrle fruits are hitting each other with the hot mops. I fucking fired them right down on the lawn. My wife goes up there like she knows what the fuck she’s doing and I fire her down into the yard, too.
1 multiple_migggs 2018-12-23
It’s a lot tougher in winter. The materials are more pliable in summer and he probably wasn’t a roofer anyway, probably just did hvac and maybe some sheet metal which also sucks in the winter because you want to wear gloves but you have to take them off to get any real work done.
Anyways, I don’t know why you would hire just two Mexicans and a woman for a hot tar roof.

Showing up hungover half the time probably didn't help.
1 cory_stereo 2018-12-23
Ant never took anything in his life seriously, and he'll die broke and alone in an old folks' home because of it.
I haven't listened to the old shows in a while, but one thing I do remember clearly was Anthony bragging on-air about skipping out on SXM meetings.
The idiot spent 10 straight years on satellite earning high-6 to low-7 figures for 15 hours of sitting in front of a microphone; he openly laughed about not staying after, or coming in early to do show prep. With that kind of "work ethic", is it any surprise Sirius cut him loose the instant he became even a slight liability? They probably didn't care much about what he wrote on Twitter (I distinctly remember his firing was what made the news; not what he wrote on Twitter), but I'm sure the fact that he was putting in the bare minimum and openly shirking his off-air responsibilities came up in discussion among Greenstien or Gary, whoever their boss was.
In short, his complaints about doing HVAC had nothing to do with manual labor being a shitty job. It had everything to do with Ant not being able to simply do what he wanted. He brought that same attitude to Sirius, and paid for it in the end.
At Sirius, Ant showed his true colors: A spoiled child who wanted to earn $1,000,000+ to talk for 20 hours, and then just go right home and leave all the promotion, planning, etc. to his "underlings". There's a reason on-air Anthony sounded like a broken record since 2009, because he refused to listen to (or later, even hear) the opinions on management. The fans loved him, so in his eyes, he was untouchable.
Whoops. Guess not.
1 lowend73 2018-12-23
Ant really did surround himself with ball washers. He really is a perfect example of "pissing it away".
