There's zero new info or insight in the book, it's just all rehashed O&A stories we've all heard a million times in short, unfunny written form.

There's some really cringey stuff in there. At one point he actually does a "not" joke. He's discussing how Brother Joe got sent out to California because of a drug problem (smoking weed) and when they go back to New York, Joe is still smoking weed. "That trip to California really sorted out Joe's drug problem... not."
