I like to mock him like we all do, but I hope everyone appreciates that Scorch is the last of a dying breed of old school hustler that's constantly just barely scraping by but soldiers forward because that's all he knows. If he went hungry growing up he didn't become a welfare leech or paint himself as a victim. He took up a job in the back kitchen of a Chinese restaurant cleaning dog guts off of chopsticks for $5/hour under the table and considered himself lucky that he found such a great gig. No begging for handouts, no resentment, no victim complex. Just a weird old guy with dog hair on his sweater trying to make it big and failing horribly, repeatedly.
