Reminder: James Worton thought an object's spin determined its gravity

...he tracked down and badgered theoretical physics Ph.D. Michio Kaku with this idiocy, then mocked the good doctor for being reluctant to interact with a high school dropout.

Ugh, Space Worm.

The good doctor had seen many crazy things in his life, I'm sure. But he obviously wasn't prepared to confront an enlarged parasite wobbling it's way in his direction.

Jim: Dr. Kaku! DOCTOR!!

Kaku: sees Jim running up (oh no)

Jim: DR. KAKU! HOLD THE ELEVATOR!

Kaku: What's that you say, I couldn't hear y-

Jim's tentacle stops the elevator doors from closing and he slithers in

Jim: Dr. Kaku! Let me ask you something! Does an object's spin determine it's gravity?

Kaku: Uh, well, no, it's actually a very compl-

Jim: SCUMMMMMBAG!!!! presses all the buttons spitefully

Kaku: AAAHAAAA...What are you going to do to me? Cowers in fear

Jim: THE ONLY THING I KNOW HOW TO DO--TRY TO GET PEOPLE TO LIKE ME, THEN TRASH THEM ON THE RADIO WHEN THEY DON'T LIKE ME. YOU LIKE ME RIGHT?

Singularity though

Kaku probably thought, 100% correctly, that Jim was a degenerate lowlife with no business whatsoever in that apartment building.

I can't imagine why an actual genius wouldn't want to stop and chat with intellectual powerhouses such as Jim or the Opester.

Dr. Kaku acted like he didn’t know Jimmy every time he saw him and Jim read that as, “A guy like that is walking around pondering the mysteries of the universe all day and doesn’t have time for normal human interaction.” Nice inability to tell when someone wants nothing to do with you, stupid.

This honestly shows how pathetic Jimmy is. Rather than just google searching "What determines gravity," (despite how pathetic that is to not know) he had to chase down a quasi-relevant scientist to go ask him a banal question. He legit just wanted to interact with someone notably intelligent to try and seem like he was a learned man himself. He's such a fucking phony. "Yick."

Jim is a fuckin idiot. That's middle school physics. Does he think if he spins really fast he'll have a stronger gravitational pull?

No Jim, people will still be naturally repelled by you regardless of your centripetal force.

It's very embarrassing how easily impressed Jim and Opie would get when Anthony would talk about basic Discovery Channel facts, like "orbit is basically just when something keeps falling past the planet, instead of falling into the planet." They legitimately thought he was a genius.
