I was just thinking about this... "Stand Up" got too big for it's own good in the 70s and 80s. It went mainstream and all these hacks invaded the scene and ruined it.
sad to hear that. I actually enjoyed a few of his new netflix movies, like The Do-Over. Felt like the old dirty sandler, getting back to his roots in an R movie.
