With a little help of my good friends here I managed to see the old lady. The young lady has her face directed away from the viewer. The bump on the hag's nose is the whole nose of the young woman.
It helps to know it doesn't look like "an old lady" in the same way the young one does. The young woman is realistic, the old hag looks more like a mascot or an Easter Island head.
