The new Halloween is great

Saw it last night and was surprised but how good it was. Felt more in tone with the original film and the kills were more gruesome than most mainstream horror flims these days. Leave it to the great Danny McBride to help make the best sequel in the franchise. Would reccommend.

Saw it this morning, 7/10. I love the Halloween series (sans Rob Zombie's hillbilly garbage), and seeing Rough House writing/producing/directing it John Carpenter on board, my expectations were pretty high. I only had 3 real issues with the movie and they were minor at best. Great score.
