I remember when the doctors told me my dad's pancreatic tumor was 3 inch big. I was in such denial thinking 3 inches was beatable. I smiled to them like a fool and said we got this, we'll beat it. . . no, unfortunately 3 inches is all you need to kill you in exactly 30 days....the worst part was watching him dehydrate and starve. .
