All he does is copy and paste the same few pre cutout heads/images and awkwardly place them over other people's bodies. I was paid to do graphic design and this guy is embarrassingly lazy.

It is awful. Hopefully he's gets paid okay before the inevitable CM collapse because he will not be hired to do this ever again.
