Today, before the break, Jim mentioned he had to take a shit during the break and Sam said this:
85 2018-09-24 by lawyerherelistenup
Ricky was in with Bert. Sam said that they are in contract negotiations and one of the issues is “Jim’s professionalism” as the last month or two, Jim had been regularly late coming back from break. Sam says as a cohost he’s left resuming the show by himself.
I 100% believe this is a real issue for management. Sam is known to just tell the truth. Sam didn’t say directly that it’s a problem for him. But he was telling the story in a wtf?!? Fashion. . Jim blamed the “cold brews”Tthen stop drinking them before your three hour job you nitwit!

How much of a child do you have to be to not be able to hold in your piss and shit for 3 hours?

a childlike worm with complications from auto-immune deficiency.

Not even 3 hrs. This break was around 01h:25m. How unprofessional is that. It's almost like he's sabotaging (like Opie vs Roland/Paul O.) his own future.
1 GippslandJimmy 2018-09-24
They used to call them records but now they don't. There's all these... gaps.
1 Where_Is_My_Gun_FUCK 2018-09-24
And their commercials are 10 minutes long. How can you not squeeze out a shit in 10 minutes if you had to
1 PFCBloodFart 2018-09-24
Well if you've got rhoids that bleed a lot it takes a while, but that's a medical issue which corporations have to be sensitive to... But yeah yimmy is probably just fisting himself
1 Detective_Vic_Mackey 2018-09-24
Joe Matarese doesn't even wipe so he gets done even faster. I asked him about his diet and having these ghost shits but it turns out that wasn't the case and his opinion is the white briefs act like built in toilet paper and since he makes 80K a year from stand up he can afford to wear a brand new pair a day and toss them in the trash before bed.

Norton should listen to the 100% Italian stand up legend who just had Sebastian Maniscalco open for him in Philly.
1 Kurt_Love 2018-09-24
And the show starts late now. He can shit before he leaves home like a normal person. He probably is sniffing the public toilets knowing male asses have been there.
1 Phkna1 2018-09-24
Jim Norton. Duh.

Is what a prostate turns into if it submits as often as jimmy's has
1 onemancrimespree 2018-09-24
Not even for 3 hours, but how about being able to go to the bathroom in the more than acceptable amount of time they are allotted? The breaks on Sirius are often and bulky. He could drop a nice one, wipe, and still have time to do prep, but of course he's a total self absorbed piece of fucking shit.
1 Woodaby 2018-09-24
Sam was kidding. The real issue is something to do with the Chip podcast.
1 DanishJimmy 2018-09-24
Agreed. Jim is taking a “character” developed and marketed on O&A and exploiting it for personal gain outside of work with no benefit to XM. You can’t take the intellectual property of your employer. Mgmt has a right to be pissed and Jimmy never protected himself ... ask Bobby
1 Woodaby 2018-09-24
They can certainly make an issue of it and it's good for negotiating purposes. No way is it a sticking point for Sirius, but if they can use it to knock a few dollars off his deal you can't blame them.
1 lawyerherelistenup 2018-09-24
He also promotes the pod on their platform. I do think the Chip podcast is an issue. But I also think the "unprofessionalism" is too. You're the co-host. How about prepping, showing up on time, eating off-air, and making it back from the bathroom before breaks resume.
Jim has walked back in studio with guests in the room while Sam has already started the interview.
1 ElFaporino 2018-09-24
JIm is regularly PRePping. Oh wait...
1 DanishJimmy 2018-09-24
I submit that it is a fairly big matter. XM doesn’t want its IP leaving. It’s not just about Norton, it spans across the entire platform. The talent can leave, but the characters stay
1 Woodaby 2018-09-24
I guess we'll find out in a week. My bet is Jim will re-sign for less money than he wanted and he will still be doing the Chip podcast on Riot Cast.
1 maloonigans 2018-09-24
"yeah i wanted to get back out on the road more..."
1 Phkna1 2018-09-24
It's an excuse to fire these no talent lazy fucks. Nobody wants Chip.
1 PassProtect15 2018-09-24
What do you mean by “ask bobby?”
1 Dawgsie 2018-09-24
Chip isn’t the intellectual property of XM. Stop being fucking retarded.
1 GWARscientist 2018-09-24
You're right, they'd never pull a jew move like that to get the upper hand. They're a very reasonable folk & not the least bit shady.
1 NY19 2018-09-24
Well they would never come remotely close to having chip declared as their intellectual property, it would probably get dismissed very fast, but they very well may have an easy case for breach of contract. I believe Jim said that the contract barred him from doing any outside podcast not related to MMA, so they may have a cause of action on those grounds.
1 Phkna1 2018-09-24
He belongs to the fucking Jerky Boys
1 lawyerherelistenup 2018-09-24
He was not joking. He was being passive aggressive and you fell for it.
pas·sive-ag·gres·sive adjective of or denoting a type of behavior or personality characterized by indirect resistance to the demands of others and an avoidance of direct confrontation, as in procrastinating, pouting, or misplacing important materials.
1 Woodaby 2018-09-24
Sam is obviously annoyed by it. That's why he's brought it up 4-5 times in the last week. The part about it being an issue in contract negotiations was an obvious joke. Only an idiot couldn't see that.
Id.i.ot noun: lawyerherelistenup
1 lawyerherelistenup 2018-09-24
I agree Sam is annoyed as he has brought it up a lot.
1 MarbleSpaceDog 2018-09-24
I don't think you understand the corporate world at that level. They're paying him a generous salary to be on air talent and broadcast for what, 2 hours with breaks?
They absolutely and rightly expect him to fulfil that grueling fucking demand.
Obviously going for a shit is fine and can happen but not every day where it's basically a routine. The Jewish accountants will know exactly how much they pay Jim to take a shit every day.
1 Woodaby 2018-09-24
So you think this is the issue that is holding up their contract and Sam was being serious when he said it?
1 MarbleSpaceDog 2018-09-24
It will be a mixture of things. It's a business at the end of the day. If he was attracting subscriptions or advertiser's they would concede to his demands, he isn't so they aren't.
They could put Covino and Rob in their spot and it would change nothing. The only time normal people tune in is when they've got a guest in and it doesn't matter who's hosting.
1 Woodaby 2018-09-24
Of course it's a mixture of things. The Chip podcast they mentioned. Money they mentioned. Jim shitting? was an obvious joke. Anybody that thought Sam was being serious is a fucking idiot.
Or do you think Sirius has requested Jim not shit during the show and he and Sam are fighting them on this issue and are going to walk over it? Think it out.
1 MarbleSpaceDog 2018-09-24
Of course it's an issue, dude. If you "work" less than 2.5 hours a day and spend part of that shitting every single day you are going to be told to stop doing it. At any job. Ever.
My girlfriend works in HR and she had to do exactly that to someone who worked 3 hours a day. Change your diet, get up earlier, go before you clock in and stay later. Just stop treating bathroom breaks like a paid break you aren't entitled to.
1 Woodaby 2018-09-24
It's not what is holding up their contract which is the issue being discussed. They aren't fighting with Sirius over this and refusing to re-sign over Jim shitting.
1 cq5195 2018-09-24
But it is a part of Jim's unprofessionalism. They probably also wouldn't hold up the contract because he eats on air or plays on his phone, but all of those small things add up.
1 78979087908789707897 2018-09-24
He only started hinting at that after the documentary came out because it's a convenient excuse to kill off the character without acknowledging its dark origins.
1 JMueller2012 2018-09-24
I hope Jimmy does leave and we can all watch worth Plummer before his very eyes. I also hope he starts drinking again, too
1 ObsessiveMuso 2018-09-24
Why can't we watch it fawkin' Electrician or sumptin'?!
tsst tsst fawkin' Not Allowed on Sirius anymore yumah
1 maloonigans 2018-09-24
sirius just "bought" a streaming media company and podcasts must be nipping at their heels.
The writing is on the wall for SXM.
1 gunstore 2018-09-24
Jim thinks he can act like he’s still on the O&A show. You can’t get away with long shit breaks if they’re already overpaying you. He puts ZERO effort into the show and should be grateful that they made him an offer at all. Everyday he’s there, he’s ripping off the company. At least Sam is trying.
1 lawyerherelistenup 2018-09-24
He doesn’t understand two things: 1) there’s a different level of responsibility from third-mic to cohost where your name is first. He’s no longer a guy who lurks isn’t he background looking to toss out jokes. And he has always said this is what he wants: to be a host of a talk show. But given the chance, he has done zero prep and showed minimal interest. 2) This is not O and A which had a following and from that, leverage.
1 halfwholediminished 2018-09-24
He's done some prep alright
1 Djs3634 2018-09-24
Why kind of “Prep” are you looking for? You want little skits and bits to liven up your morning?
1 lawyerherelistenup 2018-09-24
No. How about doing some research on your guests so you can properly speak to them? How about taking a few minutes to scan current events so you can discuss them intelligently and not have to be constantly educated as to what he fuck is happening in the world?
1 Fightingrooster 2018-09-24
Actually a little improv bit with mean spirited humor would be great. But hey how about the hosts just vaguely talk about the news and pop culture with no insight or research. That’s way better
1 onemancrimespree 2018-09-24
Oh fuck you. You're right about Norton, but Sam is trying? I want you to watch your family be abused in front of you for saying that dumb ass fucking shit.
1 PoopCockExpresse 2018-09-24
As your post just proved, people can try and yet still fail.
1 onemancrimespree 2018-09-24
You have never posted anything funny
1 PoopCockExpresse 2018-09-24
Others disagree! Even today!
1 MonsterSteve 2018-09-24
Sam does try but he’s just not meant to host a radio show. He has a terrible voice, he has nothing interesting to say and is an all around bore. He should be a waiter at Dave N Busters at the Palisades mall. Nothing else.
1 CommodorePawsey 2018-09-24
You guys are missing it. If they are criticizing his lack of professionalism, it’s because he isn’t funny anymore, and they know it. Do you really think, if he were still funny, and they were putting up bits regularly that could compete with even the worst years of the old show, that they would be giving him crap about when he takes a shit?
1 RevilerTheRed 2018-09-24
You’re dead on. That’s all why Sirius has been dodging them since July, when they claimed they were ready to re-sign.
Those assholes should be offered 10 & 5k respectively, with a bunch of wrestling action figures, free tranny porn subscriptions and Amazon gift cards to dole out between them.
The most bland tasteless unfunny nothingness with the least show prep on Worm’s behalf. A total lying fake piece of shit who’s aged beyond his prime and is too pussy to off himself.
1 late_50s_why 2018-09-24
They should offer them exposure and that's it
1 Phkna1 2018-09-24
They should offer them a beating with a rubber hose.
1 Single_Action_Army 2018-09-24
They're trying to resign and they're doscghin' 'em!
1 onemancrimespree 2018-09-24
Even Sirius, who are tone deaf when it comes to content, must know that Sam & Jim is complete trash. It seems they only act when there is a measurable incident to blame it on, however. They treated O&A like shit, but only fired Anthony after a scandal. Opie was placated just barely by being given a channel, but the project has spun off so many times that it's just failed rebrand after failed rebrand. They fired Opie only after a scandal. So Norton or Sam will probably have to say something dumb or have their documentaries go viral and get them publicly fired from WWE/UFC podcasts in order for Sirius to fire them for questionable content. They only act when there is an uproar over something. It's a corporation. They're only gonna fire you if they actually can.
1 CommodorePawsey 2018-09-24
I don’t think there is any doubt that corporate understands how bad the show is. It’s the only reason they are going after him for his lack of professionalism- if what Sam is saying is true. But keep this in mind: they don’t need to fire Jim, since I do believe the contract is up in October. This is one of two things - either SXM aid using contract time to remind him that he works for them and needs to behave, or they are at least thinking about parting ways. I think cutting him loose is unlikely, but it is not out of the realm of realistic possibility.
1 havingmadfun 2018-09-24
I hope Jim had the sense to save all his sxm money, he's definitely going to need it
1 late_50s_why 2018-09-24
Don't worry the Uncle Paul cartoon is in the works the go fund me will be live soon
1 notjayson 2018-09-24
I, for one, will love an Uncle Paul show.
1 Phkna1 2018-09-24
I can't wait to buy my producer credit.
1 Pud_Suckley 2018-09-24
The character would lost all its funny traits and be completely unrecognizable after week 3 and Jim would call it "evolution".
1 xxmikekxx 2018-09-24
Is jimmy even sober ?
1 naturalinfidel 2018-09-24
I am certainly not one to start unsubstantiated rumors but I heard he may have not fallen, but in fact leapt, off the wagon. We should probably wait for other folks to confirm this before we speculate though.
1 just_a_mean_person 2018-09-24
This one would actually hurt him so bad. You know....considering he's based half his personality on how he's sober and the other half on fucking men with tits.
1 TangerineReam 2018-09-24
Jim sucks.
1 Reaktif 2018-09-24

1 Wolosocu 2018-09-24

1 eharrington1 2018-09-24
Management has no problem with Jims professionalism, they are just using it as a negotiating tactic.
1 Peckas1 2018-09-24
Jimmy is hitting the Jenkem pipe during breaks.
1 jsnoots 2018-09-24
Well, Joseph "Jenkem" Cumia has been teaching everyone how to huff shit fumes for years
1 satanssockpuppet 2018-09-24
Someone who claims they always "need to take a shit" at work is probably up to something that requires secrecy. In Jim's case I'd guess it involves "edging", trannies, edging to tranny porn or something else involving his cock.
1 late_50s_why 2018-09-24
Who the fuck is Ricky and Bret
1 Not_My_Real_Acct_ 2018-09-24
Ricky Gervais and Bert Kreischer?
1 ElFaporino 2018-09-24
Why in the fuck should I care when or how often a grown ass man takes a shit? Jesus fucking christ, are these two such fuckups that this becomes an issue?
1 Detective_Vic_Mackey 2018-09-24
He isn't taking a shit, old "Toast" is getting trashed. He is off the wagon.
1 brilliantdesigns 2018-09-24
Meanwhile, Rogan regularly does 3 hour shows with no breaks.
1 flankspankrank 2018-09-24
It's a funny dynamic, Jim clearly resents doing a show with sam but is a whore, and, to Sam, this is his big break so he is completely enthusiastic about the jim and Sam show.
