Think about it. Other than Richard, Anthony never really brought up his childhood friends. It seems he only really hung out with his dad and Joe during his formative years. But suddenly there’s this strapping young lad in the picture hanging out with some teenage acne-ridden Arab twink? Unlikely imo. More likely that his older brother, after gazing longingly at his member in the shower (specifically the water coming off it), took a shot one night and asked Ant if he could blow him. Ant made up the Richard Treehouse bit to convince himself it didn’t happen the way it did.
