Worm and Afrokid should have taken a 5 year deal. Does anyone else believe a 5 year deal was ever on the table for O+A or their spinoffs? My guess it was once in 2006 after CBS started simulcasting

Sam is still on an “at will” employment contract like he always has been. He talked about this not long ago. There’s almost no chance he has, has ever had, or will ever have a guaranteed talent contract. Sirius could fire Jim and reassign Sam to the mail room or janitorial staff.

My guess would bethel low-ball worm to get him to walk then put Sam as a producer or something for someone else where he'll never really get a chance to be on air talent again
