people with no skills to entertain people have been shoehorned into the 'entertainment' industry / writing through positive discrimination. The perpetual victimhood culture means they're never introspective, self-challenging or self deprecating, so all that's left to do is whine about stuff.
"Letterman helped sell the show to Netflix, and hes also one of the guests. In light of more allegations of CBS CEO Les Moonves this week, Lettermans 2009 on air admission that he had sex with women who worked for him is seeing renewed scrutiny, but hes one of Macdonalds heroes." Way to twist a story and try to create your own narrative. Letterman had consensual sex with women who wanted to have sex with him and he somehow gets lumped in with a guy whos been accused of sexual assault? And why are people going back to review Letterman? He didnt do anything wrong? Dont even click on the article and give this cunt views. Just a no original opinion having, self twat rubbing nobody who hates the idea of a successful funny white guy who doesnt just share their narrative.
Letterman admitted to some affairs with women who loved him and never said anything bad about him. Hell, Dave even got blackmailed by that 48 hours producer, and he called the guy out, all the while his wife stayed with him. I’m not “pro” adultery, it’s just none of my business. If adultery becomes meTooable, that’s a step way too far.
Michelle Wolf’s talk show was canceled last month (as was Joel McHale’s), and though Macdonald’s show was already planned, it’s still a bummer to have another woman’s voice pulled.
I tried to watch Joel McHale's show because I was such a big fan of The Soup, but it was nowhere near as funny. I saw that they put up a few more episodes, so I assumed it was still going.
The show is pretty good. His podcast was a hell of a lot better. It’s basically that but heavily edited to the point of distraction and the jokes are a lot lighter.

"But he’s still planted in the classic era of comedy, where many of his heroes originated, while ideas about comedy and standup change elsewhere."

I read that sentence at least five times and still don’t have any clue what it’s trying to say.

That's exactly what I was thinking reading the article. It's all vague and mushy rubbish.

With some borderline slanderous insinuations about David Letterman’s consensual extramarital affairs sprinkled in to tie it all together. Utter trash.

This is what you call gobbledygook. Or I would go as far as to call it faggot-shit.

It’s really gross.

I'm watching it right now and it's pretty fucking good. Some of these retarded critics might need their twitter lives fucked with.

I suggest just blocking The Daily Dot. This is the site most famous for publishing this article:
