I doubt it. Anthony used that account to argue with Danny, even though he claimed it was someone else, it was obviously him judging by the way he typed and the large amount of personal information that he knew. Therefore Anthony must have had control of the account back then too.
He also exposed Danny was once #1 in his heart. His ride or die Bae. The falling out was obviously over Danny not wanting to commit to a full on gay marriage.

His gripe is literally that "I hung out with you for years and tolerated your crimes, but now that we're not friends any more I'm gonna call you out on it!"
