Do that, dude, its set in Salem's Lot at an undetermined point and is terrifying. I read all his stuff growing up, but avoided Dark Tower as I'm not a fantasy fiction fan. I eventually tried it a couple years back, but it was pretty much what I'd previously expected and am disinterested by. However, if you enjoy Tolkien, etc., you'd probably get a kick out of it, at least the initial volumes, as they were written during the prime King period. Let a nigga know wha's up.
I will, thanks. I pretty much read most of his major books with the exception of Cujo, Christine and Maximum Overdrive. His recent stuff, like the Bill Hodges trilogy, is some of my favorites of his. And I was surprised how much I loved 11.22.63, which is probably my favorite King novel.

When I heard him say that on the periscope, I lost all respect and saw the light of what a fucking pathetic, pandering cucked loser he is.

Just finished reading Salem's Lot. Certainly not one of King's finer works.

No, I'll check it out, though. Thanks for the tip. Have you read any of the Dark Tower stuff? Was curious about that series
