I'm no Narcotics Anonymous expert but I'm sure that's probably more than just frowned upon. Especially since Jim is openly bragging about his membership (which is supposed to be anonymous).

Real mature adults don't buy in to the whole "It's a disease" horseshit, but Jim does. Still he singles out a old woman who's clearly mentally ill and has drinking problems. Suffering from the same so called disease as him.
