Social media platforms are not public parks, they don't exist for the benefit of everyone. I don't understand why people can't grasp this. It doesn't matter if they're popular or heavily used, they're still owned and operated by individuals and exist for profit, not the betterment of society.

It specifically refers to Congress and exists to prevent the GOVERNMENT from suppressing dissenting opinions. You are free to criticize the government without repercussions, you are not free to say whatever you like on a private platform.
