Also he wants to appear as if he has a team of people working customer service and IT. In actuality he has a high school kid who he paid $50 to make his new shittier site.
If he just came out and said "I don't really give a shit about the company, it's just something to do around my drinking/tweeting/video games time", it would somehow be more respectable than this farce.
He's still pretending that he's enjoying himself and running a successful "multi-million dollar" company, made up of hosts and guests no one has heard of, on a website that (literally) my 13 year old nephew (shuure) could do a better job of. The kid put together a website for his mother's yoga school (I know) in 3 days and it looks a hundred times more professional and up-to-date than Anthony's shitshow.

Look - this is only the second time they've switched from using Zype as their streaming host, and they've only been working on it for a year - how can you possibly expect them to have come up with the idea of testing whether their paying customers can log on or not?
