Jimmy and Opie are infuriating in this clip featuring Steve C

Almost every time Opie says anything it's him complaining that Steve made a few bucks (probably less than 200 a year) from hosting OA videos on Foundry.

Jimmy quickly went from complaining about watermark sizes to being a fucking baby whenever Steven brings up the fact of cross-promotion with other sites in order to bring in new OA listeners.

Steve: Those viral videos bring in people who don't know about OA, they learn about OA, and maybe become listeners. paraphrasing

Jimmy: Fuck 'em. We don't want em. actual quote

Funny how Opie got pissed at Steve for trying to make viral videos...

I really do hope they all commit suicide. They way they treated Steve is disgusting.

They killed Steve C AND Richard Jeni

ME: ta be perfickly fawkin hawnest witcha, ant and I are too goddamned fucking stupid to understand how anything in life besides eating into mics works

How the show treated Steve and never paid him or his server bills while expecting him to put up and host videos on the spot was disgusting. And the fact that they didn't stick up for him when he was let go by Sirius XM says a lot as well.

Production of the show really went downhill after he was gone.

so did the gay jokes

I was honestly shocked when I learned he paid for all of that shit himself out of pocket. I thought for sure Opie and Anthony paid him for that themselves, but nope. While I did feel bad for him, how much of a starfucker was he that he didn't put his foot down sooner? I get that in the WNEW he was probably just caught up being on the "inside", but by the time XM came around he really should have drawn up a contract with them.

In the "Monday Morning Conspiracy" clip where they confronted Steve for taking a few days off for a honeymoon, Opie was trying to tell the staff that they shouldn't have paid vacation.

He honestly thinks the time when the show is off for break (i.e. the hosts are on vacation) that should be "more than generous" as Opie put it.

Did O&A ever ask themselves why the executive producer was handling all of their web stuff? Oh, that's right, because they're the laziest duo in radio history and didn't want to bother with it themselves. Oh he put watermarks on stuff, boo fucking hoo. Maybe take some initiative to do it yourself instead of flying out the door the second the clock strikes 10:00.

They way they treated Steve was reprehensible. They, Opie in particular, are directly responsible for his suicide. I'd say that they have to life with that fact for the rest of their lives but that would require the ability to reflect and take responsibilities for one's actions.

that would require the ability to self-reflect and take responsibilities for one's actions.

HAHAHA. If you bring up Steve's suicide, Opie will turn it into a rant about how he hates crazy people sniff and how his mom was a bitch, followed by some excuse why it's not his fault sniff FAAAAHK.

Ant would probably just lie about what happened even though there's audio proof.

I never sent any racist tweetsIMEAN...I never said anything bad to Steve that day.

And now look at Opie. He uses his camera to film himself hanging out with a group of guys who are already clearly getting sick of his shit. Oh, and he makes no money doing this and nobody is watching.

Every time I feel a bit of sympathy for Opie I am reminded of what a piece of shit he is. All of the shitty things that he and Anthony have done have come around to bite them on their asses. Give it another four years from now and I'm sure they will be even more pathetic than they are today.

Give it another four years from now and I'm sure they will be even more pathetic than they are today.

4 years? First off, Ant and Jimmy will likely be dead before then, and Op's hit bottom faster than Ant's did, despite still being employed by Sirius at the time.

There was an interview Steve did after he was fired (maybe close to his sucide when he worked in PA) and I recall at some point he said he did try to get some agreement but they acted like it was expected of him to keep going with the current setup.

I agree it should have been more proactive in getting a better agreement, he was doing it as a favor hosting all their content. I think he should have tried to shift all the web stuff to Infinity or XM, when at either time either company did make an effort for more web presence.

Never blamed him when he took Fridays off when he found out he had time to burn and they had to be used before the next year. How many of us have done that at our jobs?
