A 75 pound block of cocaine floating in the ocean and a good Samaritan reported it to authorities. Wonder if there were 2 blocks of cocaine and the fine citizen helped themselves to the second one?
I know it's a stretch to think anyone on this board would have such knowledge but could someone hazard a guess as to how much the block of cocaine was worth?
