Nigga got arrested today. Charged with a state jail felony, which sucks in Texas. If he does go to state jail, it is day for day with no early release. He has a pretty long rap sheet, so I don't think he's going to be able to get deferred adjudication.

Dude we have folks down here in Texas that have 5+ dui some involving accidents. But this is Texas we only did the open container law about 20 years ago maybe a bit more but not sure. I had a ticket in March of 2017, almost a year and a half ago, and my insurance just cancelled me this week. And not just my auto policies but homeowners and contents too, as it was an umbrella policy. One fucking 20mph ticket.

State jail is day for day. The raised the max to 4 years (it used to be 2). The state jail's are on the same grounds as the TDC (Texas Department of Corrections). Fed time is 85% with no parole.
