Guess you never heard of ultra marathoners. I have a friend who runs ultras, he is fucking insane. His recover run is 15 Miles. I have done 4 Ironmans. I trained up to the distance, was still a hot mess for a week or so after each one. Google “iron cowboy”. He did 50 iron distance triathlons in 50 days in each state. (2.4mi swim/112mi bike/26.2mi run)

But no one you've mentioned claims to run a marathon a day.
