Joe needs to buy a metronome and practice playing fast licks without speeding up/slowing down like a retard. I know little under 10 year old kids who aren't as fast and loose with tempos as "definition of mediocre" Joe.

It's pathetic how he's so bad at the only thing he's "good" at.

Tribute bands are for old dooshbags who failed at writing original material.

"We run it like a military operation,"

Instant douche chills

He means they fuck each other's assholes like in the navy.

Lol, Joe Cumia did not play in the fucking Good Rats.

Aaaaand not even listed among the 25 former members on Wikipedia.

“Part musician, part thespian.”

Ewwwwww

The most revealing thing about his "tribute" band is that he picked U2 because they had long term popularity and success so they had a big back catalog to play and they were peaking in popularity with hit albums and playing the Super Bowl.

"After years of playing in various original and cover bands, I finally decided to do something that I knew would work," says Cumia. "One day I just said to myself, 'U2 is the biggest, most-popular band in the world. A U2 tribute band can't miss.'"

He had no reason at all to be in this band apart from greed.

Also douche-chilling..."I was in the service and run it like a military operation. From soup to nuts, we do it all."

In ten year's time his tribute band had eight different lead singers and is currently looking for at least its ninth. That's a good sign, when the tribute act changes the person who portrays its most famous member once a year. I'm sure that helps the tribute aspect a lot, changing a member of the band once or twice a year.

Tribute bands are retarted they take any creativity out of music. There's actual bands who do covers or even bands that cover a lot of the same music like Xiu Xiu did with the music from twin peaks. They always put their own spin on it though. Tribute bands have no own identity and just leech of the work of big bands and only are there because you can't see U2 that often especially not in some shitty bar in the middle of nowhere.

It's not exactly "life on the road" when you never play outside the tri-state area.

They’ve played in different hemispheres, bruh. All the way down in Guantanamo.
