At which point did Opie, Ant, and Jimmy all earn our hatred?

When exactly did they fall out of favor with us? For Opie it's been for years already, so pinpointing any one point is hard to do. For Jim I imagine that it's because of him and his cartoon theft of $60,000 but maybe I'm wrong. For Ant, I think it was the Dani incident, because before that he still seemed to have some fans (like when he did both his Greggshells episodes).
Am I correct on these or are there different points where we started hating the boys?

Ant’s downfall started early, probably a few months after he started TACS and we all realized it sucked and he was just bitching about minorities constantly. Once he stopped being funny it was harder to rationalize what an awful person he is.
