Your brain is acting in your interest, you're disgusted by yourself for a reason. Your body wants you to make a change, because you'll live longer if you're at a healthier weight .Saying that fat is good is brainwashing yourself. Its not.
Thats not to say that if you have these feelings you should jump off a balcony, just make small changes and do research on nutrition.
It's a great clip but, as usual, Opie does his best to ruin it by interjecting with his obviously made-up story about how he "used to" go around punching brick walls and breaking his knuckles. How very hardcore of him.
