I'm amazed it's lasted this long. Obviously he's doing it all the cheapest way possible. But he must have saved some serious dough from when he actually had a paid job to not have run out yet.
"Retire" so you can at least keep your house. How much money do you have to lose before you just admit that you fucked up a career, and your attempt at doing it on your own failed too?
There's a clue in the tweet above this one, asking people to contact Liz if they're having subscription issues.
They used to outsource that to a stupidly-named customer service company (Clyde? Clypt?), as their in-house support sucked.
If they're pulling it back in-house, it'll be in a stupid attempt to save money.
(For Anthony's model to work, he needs the best possible customer support - they keep the money coming in, and are the equivalent of the sales team in a normal company. Being cheap here is a mistake)
