Keep in mind this is very shortly after they had recently had Clint Hill, who was Secret Service for the Kennedys and there the day of the shooting, as a guest on the show.
Ronnie jokingly says to Bobby Lee “If you watch the Zapruder film one of his Secret Service guys is taking a piss in a bush while the fucking car is going by. He’s just pissing in a bush. That would never fucking happen today.”
High Pitch Tits: “Wait! Is that real?! I didn’t...”
Jim than tags the joke w/: “And then Clint Hill who was supposed to be guarding Jackie was actually looking at his phone because the Sirius app wasn’t working again.”
Big Breasted Retard fake laughs for a second and then solemnly says “Oh it’s not working again?”
Baffled Jim stutters not knowing how to respond to such stupidity.

Even if it did sound like throat, which it didn't, normal non-retarded brains are supposed to make the connection that he was saying stroke because they're common things for old people to have. "Wait, what the hell's a fart attack!? I never heard of one of those."

This demonstrates why I prefer Opie to Sam. Sam would repeat "oh yeah. he was pissing?" in a sarcastic tone. This is much better.
