I listened today long enough to hear Jim & Sam discuss a Sopranos scene.

The moron could/should have substituted any number of words for "thing", his most abused verbal crutch. Scene, moment, outburst, exchange, would have easily worked.

He constantly does that shit and I wonder if it's possible for someone who speaks for a living to have such a poor vocabulary or if he is just that fucking lazy.

He’s stupid. Just like Jim’s main trait is his selfishness, Sam is above all a stupid man. He equates time spent somewhere with merit, and is grossly under qualified for what he’s doing. He isn’t funny, smart, or entertaining. He has no worldview of his own and instead, parrots the thoughts of people he thinks are smart.

And he thinks himself smart for doing so.

Look at what Sam laughs at. The misfortune of others and nothing else, ever. People like Bobo and Erock screwing up or getting made fun of. Because he feels above them, and he loves having his stupid superiority complex stroked.
