He got exogenous growth hormone therapy as a teen, but due to his chicken nuggy diet there was no nutritional basis for bone density or muscle building properties to take place. I can't imagine how ridiculous he would've looked had he not got the treatment. He would've most likely been a walking, talking 4'3" grinch.
It's because whatever little amount of testosterone he produced during puberty aromatised (converted) into estrogen which binded to the breast tissue causing him to develop gynecomastia, or bitch tits.
