In general the risk of getting a kid with down syndrome increases exponentially when a woman ages and the risk of the kid being autistic increases a lot when the man is above 35. I'm not sure if the increase is similar, but it's in the order of magnitude range for both.

The closest thing to evidence I've seen was the rather suspect car seat seen in Opie's Tesla video and the Carl Ruiz road trip. It was an abnormally large child's safety seat that'd fit somebody beyond the usual age they'd need one.
