Bought a soundbar today, wanted to take a minute to thank u/killakuhn and the lessons I learned from him

Just to be safe, I stayed completely away from Walmart and Vizio products. I instead opted for a Samsung at Best Buy. I also paid for the product.
I think a combination of those 3 things saved me from dealing with store security. I also avoided getting into an imaginary police chase, rolling my vehicle at a red light, and killing a toddler via being launched onto the asphalt in the rollover. No police, arrest, court, news stories, etc.
Most importantly, I am able to sit at home and enjoy the soundbar. I don't have to wait 20-30 years to hear it. I like it, but honestly it would not be with that level of price. So I know he likely cannot read this site for many, many years...but I do wish to thank you u/killakuhn. Learning from others mistakes is a good thing, and you saved me a big headache in the getting this new soundbar.

Store security looks at me every time I leave Best Buy. Being a white person, I smile and nod and they don't even check my receipt (which would show everything as paid regardless [again, I'm white]).

Same here, they are happy to see me when I walk in. A nod, a smile and typical greeting. When I leave, the same thing.
Imagine how blacks like Anthony and Joe feel when they walk in to these stores.

And when I'm in a hurry sometimes I speed out of the parking lot, and when I get pulled over and all my paper work is in order, the police officer lets me off with a warning and says to be careful.

Friendly and repeated reminder that Innocent Chris Kuhn is a political prisoner, declared guilty of 3rd degree murder charges by a Pennsylvania Kangaroo Court.
Kuhn was run off the street by rogue C_A agents, his son assassinated in cold blood and a fake story about a stolen soundbar cooked up as a cover for the car chase and accident scene.
Rest in peace Qadan Kuhn! Justice for Christopher!

Change CIA to SAMCRO, and I think you'll be irrefutable

Prisoners get smuggled cell phones all the time:

So it's possible he'll visit here from a phone someone had up their ass when he's bored in his cell one night.

Mobile phones in prison
In most prisons, inmates are forbidden from possessing mobile phones due to their ability to communicate with the outside world and other security issues. Mobile phones are one of the most smuggled items into prisons. They provide inmates the ability to make and receive unauthorized phone calls, send email and text messages, use social media, and follow news pertaining to their case, among other forbidden uses.

Why are you buying a soundbar instead of a halfway decent surround system though? I call shenanigans on your whiteness.

It's for my bedroom and mostly gaming. Don't really need anything that special. But the Super Ultra High Definition Quantum Dot Technology Samsung TV I bought has shitty speakers.

Samsung genuinely has the worst quality panels on highend tv's (they are the brightest though), should have bought Sony you monster.
1 OpiesBreasts 2018-04-15
Yeah well coulda shoulda. It has quantum dot technology. Does that mean nothing??? lol
I have no real complaints of the TV, just wanted a smidge more bass. I'me sure it beats Vizio...and thats the point of the thread.

A nice receiver & some floorstanders might have /u/OpiesBreasts rethinking the consequences of an ethnic toddlers death.

On the down side you had a much less memorable customer experience.

What happened to the soundbar that he tried stealing. Surely they didnt throw it away.

I normally don't look at instructions when I'm setting stuff up, but I felt compelled to when I was trying out my new Vizio bar. And I'll be damned if the third step isn't, "flee from police at high rate of speed, causing accident that ejects and kills a child."
