The fact that he is an enthusiastic WWE presenter is enough to make me hate him. I understand some people need a gig & sometimes in entertainment you have to take jobs you hate just to pay the bills but this is Sams dream come true. WWE is the lowest form of entertainment & anyone older than 13 who watches it, either has dull intelligence or is autistic & never matured into a functional adult.

I hate that he’s so passionate about something so puerile, and I hate that he’s so...unchanging. Sam is basically the same person he was at six years old. That’s unimaginable to me. And you know he won’t ever change. When he’s 70, he’ll still have the personality of a little kid.

You know what the most damning thing you can say about Sam is? Bobo is legitimately more sophisticated than he is. Bobo is mindlessly fixated on certain things, but at least he’s obsessed with things, plural. Da show, Mets, NASCAR, his Oedipus complex, etc. Sam, as far as I know, has only ever expressed interest in one thing: wrestling.

I agree 100% but I must correct you, while wrestling is Sam’s greatest love he is also passionate about sneakers. This is a grown man with a wife & child & his only passions in life are sneakers & fake wrestling. I’m pretty sure that fits the bill for every special-needs man & boy. He’ll never change, neither will his partner who’ll be wearing Ozzy t-shirts at 70. The only thing that changes with age with those two is that Jim becomes less funny & Sam becomes more autistic. I starting to feel foolish & silly for ever criticizing the Jim & Sam show, I don’t know why I’d expect them to have intelligent discussions about current events or want better guests than porn stars & wrestlers. There’s absulutey no reason for me to expect anything more than what the deliver on their shit show, they’ve never shown me any evedence otherwise so I guess I was stupid to expect something more.

And he cannot convincingly fake enthusiasm, he doesn't manage to "sell" the event at all. He's a wormy, snide little prick, not a showman with bags of charm, and the lack of self-belief he exhibits in that performance just screams "I do not belong here". We know it, the mentally handicapped wrestling audience know it and Sam knows it.

If he insists on a career in TV, why doesn't he get in touch with Jim Henson productions and see if a Fraggle Rock reboot is on the cards?
