Roseanne made me realize how much I hate modern anti-comedy sitcoms

Bunch of faggots doing wacky expressions constantly like, "ohhh this situation is cray-zayy" as they stutter some words out in an awkward mess. Give me back my 90's styled shit.

Modern Family has jokey jojes CONSTANTLY and if it wasn't so saccarine and preachy, it would be a show I enjoyed regularly. Currently it's a show I get mad at for not being American Dad.

If it weren’t for those 2 fruits, it would be a show I enjoyed regularly.

I was a huge fan of the original Roseanne. Just watched the 2 new episodes. Was reminded of how modern sitcoms are heavily influenced by identifying the differences between political ideologies. Fuck, the original Roseanne was relatable. My life doesn't revolve around my political views. In fact, who I voted for has zero impact on my everyday life. Unfortunately, the episodes gave off the impression that our lives revolve around such an affiliation.

I blame Will Ferrell for popularizing unfunny award comedy.
