I've crunched the numbers and Chris Kuhn really can't be sentenced to more than 3-4 months. 5 if the judge throws the book at em.

The prosecution exhibited excessive malarkey and I feel that has to give Chris some leverage.

We all know he was framed , but this is racist America we're talking about here. There ain't no way someone of African-American heritage can get a fair trial in this day and age. I think they will freeze him like in the movie Demolition Man and keep him in stasis for 300 years. Hopefully within the next 100 or so years , some new evidence will come forward or some new forensics technology will be developed that will exonerate him of these crimes.

His Offense Gravity Score is 14. There will be an enhancement based on the age of his victim. I’m guessing his Prior Record Score is 5+. Too bad his PSI will not be made available. Was he on probation or parole at the time? He could get a criminal violation hit on top of this sentence. Depending on contrition and victim impact, the judge may run some sentences consecutively rather than concurrently.

My estimate is 240-480 months. Anyone want to over/under?
