There are some negroid enemies and you can get a pipe as a quick use weapon and beating women enemies with it isn't exactly boner inducing but it is damn satisfying. Even better with a boat oar

Throwing shovels at faces is jolly good fun.
One of the characters told me to keep my head on a swivel.
