Bucks County has an inmate lookup tool on their website that will give you his prisoner number. I'm not sure what access he would have to mail during this trial phase, and I believe his prisoner number will change when he's remanded to state prison, assuming he is convicted. At which point he'll be searchable on:

http://inmatelocator.cor.pa.gov
