The Romani (Roma) people are an ethnic group that emigrated to Eastern Europe from Northern India around 900 AD. They also have some endemic Hungarian influence in their genepool. They do nothing but scam and pickpocket and steal for a living to pay for food and glue to huff, then shit into public trashcans for everyone to see.
