Maybe in Europe that’s considered an unbelievable bad area but in the United States that would be a gentrified or stable area in a lot of the rougher neighborhoods. Seriously it doesnt look that that bad, it’s just a bunch of white & black trash collecting welfarebut the house look good, if this was in poor sections of Baltimore, Bronx, Detroit or New Orleans it would be considered a success story. My cousins old block in Detroit literally looks like war torn Syria, no joke.
