Going after his YouTube account makes more sense because he's more obsessed with his "viral videos" than his twitter. Also probably every one of his psychotic "pop up shows" could be considered harassment by YouTube TOS.
This sub enjoys hating Opie though. Remove his twitter, it's one less avenue of hate. Anthony is a horrible, disgusting "person", but if he were still funny everyone would over look that shit. We hate Ant because we have to, not because we want to. No one wants to like Opie anymore.
Twitter doesn’t just ban people, as much as hate Opie he doesn’t tend to tweet things that offend a large segment of the population. Personally I find everything Opie does offensive but he hasn’t crossed the line on twitter as far upsetting the societal norms like Ant seems to do on the regular.
