True, I wanted to give it a chance. I did and now I regret it.
The fact that Opie was fired was what made me want to keep listening. For months every day I said to myself "Holy shit, I still can't believe that Opie was fired. This is the celebratory show to Opie getting fired". Only when that hype died down I started noticing what the fuck I was actually listening to.
They also had the fortune of Opie starting a feud with them right as their new show started. Everyone was listening, waiting for them to attack opie. Jim barely made some leave it alone type comments, opie Roberts wouldn't even say a bad word about his work daddy and eventually it just became 3 hours of middle of the road uninformed politics talk with an interview with Mr Drummond from Diffrent Strokes to close the show.
Horsecock and Sam as a 'potential' show name was the first and last good joke from that show. The rest was just two guys with zero awareness on ANYTHING trying to be neutral
I have not listened in quite some time. I also do not, and did not, enjoy the show. Like the majority of this sub, I not only tried to enjoy the show, but I really wanted it to be great. Just because I do not like it does not mean other people do not as well. From what Jim said on Twitter, and a clip I heard last week, the Live Show sold out very quickly. Although Jim's arrogance and "told-you-so" tone in announcing that the live show was out of tickets was awful, it did in fact fill.
Jim is Jim. But sam.....fuck, He doesnt have one original or nuanced thought running through that deformed skull of his. I feel its hard to judge Jim when hes surrounded by such mediocrity. Im probably just a faggot though

maybe I'm just being a big ol' fag here, but if you're referring to Jim and Sam as a show and not people, doesn't 'was' make sense?
like if I say 'you'll cowards thought Space Balls was funny' because "were" would sound retarded, no?
1 insertclevereference 2018-03-20
Not if both Spaceballs were funny.

I don't think any of those people are left. This sub is mostly a UK and Australian grindr now.

They would play “where the cheese go” and we adored them for it. Live and learn
1 Yeahforsurewhatever 2018-03-20
There's like 8 posts a day that say Jim and Sam stinks, we get it. You don't like the show.
