It's an SEO thing. If you search her name on google, and the first pic you click is the weird photoshop, it slowly moves towards the top of results because the engine behind google assumes when people search X, then click Y, they were looking for Y so put it closer to the top of search results for X. It's easier to manipulate with a Z list comedian which is why it's so high up
