I’m pretty sure they’re just pretending to have their own tech support, and that they’ve just hired some 3rd party to handle anything related to the app or web broadcasting. I mean I would expect that such a small and new company would have any dedicated full time tech support, but the fact that they pretend they do is just embarrassing.
