If you look at the legal section of the website, the LLC is Live from the Compound and it says that it is all protected by copyright and trademark laws. However, I would not be surprised if it just said that and Keith never followed through on copyrighting or trademarking anything:

I wonder if Compound Media is just a DBA for their LLC. I'm no corps and securities expert but I'm not sure you could legally win the rights to Compound Media. I can check when I go back to work on Monday though.

A trademark isn't like a domain name that you can register and just sit on. You would actually have to do business under that name and prove a likelihood of confusion in a court of law among other things. And good luck claiming copyright on something that someone else clearly produced.
