At least when fez went completely crazy it was interesting. Him getting caught in a lie, yelling horrible shit at interns, and saying "that's all I had" after reciting his script was a fun break between the crying, narcissism, and silence.

Only ever listened on YouTube so I don't know how that shit was on a daily basis though
