Jim and Sam seem like they kiss a lot of ass to Wickland and Greenstein. That's probably why they got the coveted morning slot in the first place. Everything stays the same except Nick Dip gets an afternoon slot. Nick hates the 8pm slot and he has been working his ass off to pull in a fanbase despite it.

Are Covino and Rich on the channel anymore? I get Ellis replays in California from 8am to 2pm. I guess its Ellis channel. I have never heard a Jim and Sam show in the car here. I would have to be drunk driving at 3am here to catch a Jim and Sam show. Ellis gets all the replays.

He must have won that fight him and Jim and Sam had about replay slots. Doesn't really matter, both shows are terrible.

Yeah they bought themselves another contract with Jim's masterful ass kissing. Eventually this turns into the Jason Ellis channel.

Yeah. Satellite radio is a scam, every jackass who drives a focus gets signed up for a year. They dont get listened to as anything more then background noise to any mentally stable human being. So they'll keep them on as the alternative is hire actual talent and grow with them. And they cant afford to do that.

It will. Stern isn’t going to broadcast forever. And since Jim and Sam are the second ranked show, according to the “numbas”, they will get a top spot for years coming.

i don't really think they are the 2nd ranked show. I would bet Ellis has 5x the listeners than Jim and Sam.

Idk. I can’t even see Ellis being top 10 on XM. He is awful. Covino and Rich are awful. Dipoalo seems to have a niche in the northeast. People in the south and Midwest can’t deal with his accent. I really think Jim and Sam are 2nd for at least the morning slot.

Jim and Sam will be there till Jim decides to leave.

Both don't rock the boat, they still have a bit of the O/A fanbase, and it would take a long while to get a new show that clicks and sounds morningish. It's better just to leave them in there.

I could see Nick maybe moving into east coast afternoon drive time. He's a really good fit for that spot. Mellow in tone, but abrasive.
